Start-Ops wasn\u2019t born from a theory.<\/p>

It was born from a conviction: many people rise to leadership without being truly prepared to do it well.<\/p>

That gap isn\u2019t just visible in the results;
it shows up in the culture, in the erosion of trust, in postponed decisions, and in the burnout that eventually becomes \"normal.\"<\/p>

Start-Ops exists to help bridge that gap.<\/p>
